The trouble is the feeling and motivation may only be momentary, as the quotes enable you to feel inspired in the moment. They are great when you need a quick reminder and pick up when you feel like the world is falling on top of you. I pour quotes like this into my dance, to transform them into an experience. Doing this, allows my mind to pull away from the demands of daily living, tasks and choas. Dance doesn't demand anything from me. Instead, it offers me with new opportunities and experiences. It uses a different form of energy. Dance doesn't drain my brain....
